Stop promotion memberships showing in search results

Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to stop 'promotional' members showing anywhere in the searches/browse or any where on the site.

The reason being that members will have to become verified to prove they are genuine before becoming a 'standard' member.

Go to php my admin-->select table sys_acl_levels select Browse and delete membership,u want to delete
