Step one for adapting the iOS to your site.

Is there a step by step  "what you have to do" to make the app work with your site?

and all the other steps needed.

Am missing that.  I had thought the Prime included an install, turns out it does not.

You can download the iOS app from the App Store. Launch and enter your site's URL and credentials.

Prime includes the source code for the mobile apps. This allows you to rebrand (e.g., add your own logo and styles, remove the prompt to enter a site URL, etc.) and extend the apps. There are some rebranding services available in the market.

How do I launch that app?

Do I download it to my computer? iPhone iPad?

I did manage to find the source...  Is that what I launch?  and what do I launch it with.  I am using a mac.  that appears to be a good thing with this.

Thanks for your help?

The iOS app? You run it on an iOS device, like your iPhone or iPad. The BoonEx-supplied one is in the App Store.

The source code is for development of the mobile apps - consider it like a blueprint, and you use it to build the actual app. If you don't know about iOS development, look in the market for a rebranding service to have the app customized for your site. I know some on there even take care of submitting your customized app to the App Store.

To rebrand and test the iphone app source on a mac you need the mac developer tools called xcode. https://developer.apple.com/xcode/

The app itself is for a iphone/ipad and can only be installed on the phone by submitting it to the apple app store(Apple developer license required.) It's installed and launched like any other app you put on your iphone.

From what i understand, there is a way to put the app on your own phone. But i don't own a mac or the app source, so i cannot test this myself.

I have a feeling you may be misunderstanding what the iphone and android apps are for. If you have never worked with mobile apps before, then you may be in over your head.

I should also point this out.

If you wish to test the existing unbranded boonex version of the app on your iphone, then just tap the App Store icon on your phone. Once at the store just do a search for Boonex Dolphin. And there is there app which you can install and run.

unbranded one looks fine...

It seems strange to me, that I bought the Prime, which said free install, but found out it does not included installing the apps.
