Standard members only index page blocks?

Hello all,

I am running dolphin 7.09 and need a little help.

Is there a way to make an index page block that only is viewable by members of the "standard" membership level? Or another created level that is for members who sign-up for a free (limited) membership and need to see how to upgrade.

I would like it so that once a member upgrades their membership, they will no longer see the membership advertisement on the index page.

I hope this is as easy to do as I think it could be, but I'm pretty sure I will need someone to make this change for me.

Page Access Control module included with that version of dolphin can do that.
