Staight only

Hi,

I am building a site for a specific Christian niche. I need to setup things for straight only (no gay or couples)

How can I do this?

The answer is inside your question... You have to set up your site (profile fields) from your Admin Panel.

In the Admin Panel, you should just be able to drag the couples block out through the Builder/Fields Builder for the join page.
