Sql Database error after module install

Database error in z******t

Query:

SELECT * FROM `avim_calls` WHERE `r`='17'

Mysql error: Table 'zooootco_dolphin.avim_calls' doesn't exist

Found error in the file '/var/www/vhosts/z******t.co.uk/httpdocs/modules/andrew/avim/classes/AvimDb.php' at line 33.
Called 'getAll' function with erroneous argument #0.

please help. the table seems to be there so whats happening?
