This question has been asked before, but not answered.
I've installed the spy module on four sites and nothing has happened. I did a Google search and found a blog that explained how to install it and the writer says a SPY menu item will appear on the menu. This hasn't happened on all four of my sites.

In Admin/Builders/Navigation Menu there's a block for SPY but it only shows the same information as the Forum SPY. The block SPY PERSONAL seems to be unrelated.
As the SPY module is installed on the demo site but also not showing in the main menu, is it a possible bug?
