Splitting join form into blocks does not work

Hello,

I tried to split my join form into 5 blocks and matched all blocks with the correspondend join page numer in the admin menu (Fiels Builder).

I am able to see the first two blocks and then the form jumps to the 5 block leabing block 3 and 4 out.

Any ideas anybody?

I am having the same issue with my setup as well.  Dolphin v6.1.6. 

Any ideas????
