Special Chars error

For some reason in the /langs/ I can translate everything. It´s working fine BUT with some special chars for example ä ü ß I´m havin some trouble. For example     '_Activity' => 'Aktivität', Is working under Activity but not in the tab line (title) and the charset is set to utf-8 but as soon as I set some to the html code they are getting transformed twice so some are working and some are not. Uff... I hope that makes sence to you. :)

Direct translation of /langs/* files is not recommended you loose all your changes after any language file recompilation.

Please do it only through admin interface.

Ok that makes actually a lot of sence. 2 Questions

1. How do I edit it via admin interface? Jut Languages and than edit on my language file? thought it would be bugged

2. It doesn´t realy solve my Special Chars problem or does it?

Add/edit language(s) keys/text strings from Admin Panel -> Settings -> Languages settings. From Admin Panel, language(s) values will be added/edited in your database. Recompilation will produce new language file(s) with languages values from your database.

Ah I see that´s cool now I know why the language is getting set back to standart sometimes. Thanks a lot. But well doesn´t solve the special char stuff :P
