Who has mastered the control of spambots and fake profile generation to their Dolphin 7 community site? We have implemented the unique captcha character fill in, but they still seem to be bypassing it. Any help in dealing with this matter would be greatly appreciated :)

Set up all the Boonex anti spam modules and installed Cloudflare.com shield(it is free). It lowered that type of traffic to about 10% from what it what was. I was getting 20-50 per day - now about 1 or 2., Yesterday I got none. |
I set up cloud flare yesterday... it rocks so far. As you block more and more, it gets smarter and denies them. The caching feature has sped my site up a bunch too.

added cloudflare through my host. easy as clicking a button. no visitors yet, so can't confirm it's working, but thanks for the heads up! update: disabled cloudflare. had an endless redirect loop warning on all my sites, and......after researching didn't want to mess around with it. but nice it's working for some. |

Dolphin is not good with cloudflare. Everything you use is not work like the reset password. the Upload videos with specific size. audio etc... When you disable the cache option in cloudflare and refresh everything works.

So how do you disable the cache option but keep the protection? I'm able to upload videos, but no mare than 32megs - not sure if it is Cloudflare - was stuck there before adding Cloudflare. I'm able to upload videos, but no mare than 32megs - not sure if it is Cloudflare - was stuck there before adding Cloudflare. Don't forget that PHP has setting for max file size and max upload size. Check those settings. Geeks, making the world a better place |
is nothing about the php. i troubleshoot that before and was cloudflare. also Google Speed page recoomend create another subdomain for videos without caching.
