I think I just made a huge error.. I uninstalled my sounds module because the new playlist mod was not showing up at Tools/Module for installation. I've lost nearly 200 sounds & it will take forever to re-upload.

The good news is that all of my sounds are still showing up on the Admin panel/Modules/Sounds page.

Please help!

I also noticed an issue with the Event's module. Once I installed the new 'Sounds with Playlist' module the Event's mod is no longer functional. I keep getting a database error when trying to create a new event.

This in turn will affect the boonex search function when event's is selected.

for some reason the player color when changed it does not show the changes to other users, only to the owner

In Player settings > first color, second color, etc when these colors are customized and saved those changes only show to owner of the player and when is loged in.

My profile sound albums block is broken when using playlists. How to fix it?

I installed your module "sounds play lists" as instructed, and I get the same database error when clicking on a file thumbnail/url, as described by others in previous comments.

Then I realized if I replaced all files from the default sounds module with the new sound module, except BxSoundsPageView.php, all files are played correctly. However, there is no playlist feature! It is as if I had a new player but with the old default sounds module. Here is an example: http://cosmosurf.net/m/sounds/view/Armenian-Duduk-on-Yanni-Live-The-Concert-Event

 Since I have this one I might be able to help.

I could never get the module to work right trying to "merge" the files writing over the old boonex sounds module.

I could only get it to work on a fresh site install by "not installing the boonex sounds module" until the other dependent modules were installed.

The only way to get this to work on a running site with the original sounds module already installed was to remove it and all the dependent modules, (forums, events, groups, and many more needed to be uninstalled too!..) on one site I tried to install to. If you do this, of course you loose all that data unless you manually back it all up.

I would have never purchased this if that was known beforehand!!

I do like it though; once it is done right.

Hope al is well.  How far away for 7.1?  This is a great feature that is simply a must for those who have music.

I thought I answered you by mail and explained that there are some changes made in the new Dolphin music player module and it makes impossible to simply upgrade this module, it has to be re-developed completely and I'll do this in the nearest future
