Sounds Mod

Im having problems with the sounds mod when I upload sounds they say processing and then fails. I looked at a few forums to see if I can fix the problem but Im not having any luck. My web host has also being trying to fix the problem since 11/25 is there one one who can help me?

Help please or suggestions.

No I paid for my license over 10 years ago I have two but I recently upgraded to 7.3 and been having trouble uploading music and videos. My web-host suggest that I reset the entire site and somehow they said I would be able to put profiles, music photos and videos and everything back manually but I don't have a clue how I would do that.

Failed means the processing was at least attempted, so at least we know the cron job runs. But there could be any number of reasons why it failed, most usually because of resource limits. Make sure an email is attached to the cron job (under cPanel, there's a section to enter a notification email) and then check it for any error messages.

Your web host gave bad advice, don't reset your site; you will lose everything.

Nathan is pointing you in the correct direction.  If you can get an error message, we can look at that error message and help figure out what is wrong.

There is the problem, ffmpeg.exe needs to be executable, it also is used to process sounds.  You can safely set that to 777.  Do you know how to set permissions on your site?  If not, then I will be glad to do this for you for free.  Just send me a PM if you need my help.
