Please help if anyone please.

I have not seen such error ever before as I am running dolphin 6.1 from last one year. It started from last couple of days on my site, hope some solution is there.

This just happened to me as well.  Orca has been working for months, then all of a sudden bam, I get the evil red note!

Has anyone found a solution?
