 Hello, Can any one help me with this. I was using my fields builder and made a field I din't like so I deleted it and now I keep getting this messge. Sorry couldn't insert new_item. Please check if new_item exists. I checked the data base and I don't see the field I created so I am totally stumped right now. If some one could shed any light on this that would be great.

Did you fix this? I can't understand what you are saying in your second post. In 6.1 sometimes new_item would get "stuck" and had to be manually deleted (in phpmysql) in either the profiles table or more likely the profiles fields table. Also make sure you refresh the profile fields builder page, hit that "clear cache" button (cool feature by the way Boonex) and maybe clear your browser cache. Good luck! |

I have the same problem and I can't find where the NEW_ITEM is situated in the database. It seems to be vanished.
Could someone please specify where to add it ? |
