Something is wrong. I can't install it

I have a problem with my Dolphin installation. I put all files on my server and when I try to access the installation file to finish installation it looks like this www.e-spajalica.com. Does anyone knows what is the problem?

To me it looks that your install map is not there.
Delete all the files from your server. Then upload the everything again use for every thing the binaire mode. 
Then go after uploading everything to www.your-url.com  Now it should be starting with the install screen.

I solve the problem. It was in .htaccess file
