Some questions before buying

Hello thios module looks good I only have a couple of questions:

1) can I disable the option for users to buy so ads are only managed by admin?

2) can this put ads on the top and side locations where the standard ads from 'Banners' module are normally appearing?

3) will this work with any template including custom?
