Some permission problems.

There are three different problems here, really.

It started when I updated my Dolphin from 6.1.4 to 6.1.5 then 6.1.6, for some reason though, it still says my version is 6.1.4- anyway, I saw the bottom of my Dolphin site said

With all the underscores I figured it was some sort of problem with the language files. So, I went to edit the language string, which I don't think is actually my solution but dunno. It just says The string has NOT been updated.

Then I noticed when I look in CSS file editor section, if I select any .css file, the top says"File contact.css is not writable". If I try to edit it, it just says the same message again.

Any clues? Much appreciated! :]

I really need to edit some css info on my Dolphin. Can I just do it manually since it won't let me? Or, which permissions do I need to change to fix my problem?

You must set permissions for all the css files in the thema you use to 666 Then you can edit them from the admin panel.

After upgrading to a higher version, you have to change the second number in inc/header.inc.php  to 6.

If you want to do it mannuelley, use your ftp, to load the css file you need change it and upload it again. :)
