SmartPro Chat Just stopped working

Why would my (SmartPro 6.004) Chatroom just stop working all of a sudden. It was working fine in my site yesterday then it just flipped to "Connecting" and never connects-

The only clue I can offer is that I recently went live with this site so I've recently changed the domain name and the server - however

- I did have the SmartPro Licence updated,

- I did Update the server IP in the Base settings -

AND it was working fine for a few days. then BAM connecting........

any ideas where to check?

My fault : I forgot to add the new domain to access.dat file in the RMS root folder.
