Site not working out of NO WHERE!

The site has been working great. Now, out of no where, I and everyone else who goes to my site sees this:

Warning: main(/home/triumph/public_html/community/ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/triumph/public_html/community/inc/header.inc.php on line 173

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/triumph/public_html/community/ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/triumph/public_html/community/inc/header.inc.php on line 173

I've  never been able to log-in to my site straight through normal FTP methods. Not sure why, it just has never worked. So I usually use a ftp software called, Web Ceo or I go through my cpanel.

So through these methods, what information do you want? Address, username and password?

I guess Cpanell access details will be enough

url, user and password

Okay, under advisement, I went to delete my ray folder... It wouldn't let me do it. I wasn't allowed to move it or change the permissions, so I renamed it to rays.

I then downloaded ray seperatly from boonex, and uploaded the folder.

When I went to ray/install, I followed the directions by changing the permission on certain files/folders...

I had not yet entered the database info in yet when something all of a sudden came up and I had to leave my desk. Yell When I went back to finish, it said that I was finished. So I checked on my website and sure enough, it was back up... or so I thought...

None of the ray modules are working. When I login to the admin panel and click on Ray, it says not installed. So, I tried to go back to ray/intsall.... it says I'm finished...

so, what now?

you need to get Ray from Dolphin free or Add free. Because it is already integrated with Dolphin. So you need to download Dolphin and get Ray from it.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
