Site messed up, please help!

Please check, www.mypupu.net, I don't know what happened, it was working all the time and I only changed the banner to an html code, after that it got messed up. What can i do to get the banner back?

What version of Dolphin have you installed?

What page have you modified whit that html for banner?

Have you tried reuploading and rewriting that page whit the original one from installation?
