Site Name Will Not Change

I have searched other topics on the forum here. My problem that i am having is that I already have installed dolphin and i would like to change the Sites Name.

I am hearing from here that i should edit the header.inc.php file. I have and changed the "Tilte" to my desired name. saved it using notepad and used an FTP program to upload the file and overwrite the older one. I waited a few minutes and have had no change. So i used my Cpanel to edit header.inc.php, same thing, changed the sites title and saved it. My site name has still not changed from the old to the new. Any advice?

Also, is there a way to change the upload path for music and video? been browsing the files and dont see anything yet..

You said you changed the site name in header.inc.php with FTP and changed it with cPanel. Why did you need to change it twice? Is it not taking the first time?

Also, I cant remember if it exists in D6.1 or not, but you can check the Admin Panel>Settings>Basic Settings and see if you can change it there. (I know you can in D7)

Clear your cache directories.  Go into /cache and /cache_public and delete everything except the .htaccess files.

Hey Rob, he posted in Dolphin 6.1 so Im not sure he has those directories :)

IE? hold ctrl-shift hit f5 to get clear cache view...title line will appear.. your right its in inc/header.inc.php and the title line looks like:

$site['title']             = 'The Best Community';

which music and video? there are global and profile.

the files will be located in ray/modules/music/file
