Simple messenger not working

my messenger stopped working after i upgraded to 7.4 from 7.3 can anyone direct on how to resolve this issues when I login to my site all my friends are claimed to be online which is not the case the messenger also my status stays as off line and it wont change

First check your membership level.

I have checked every thing i know and i still can't resolve this i really would appreciate any help. My issues is normally when two members log in who are friends

if the click on the their friend's  profile they would be directed to that friends profile and  in the action box there would be a chat box and 7.4 added a video chat  but neither one is showing

I see this javascript error: Permission denied for <http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net> to call method Location.toString on <http://zipka.com>.
try to remove this code line and recheck the simple messenger

well I'm still having the issue

So I figured this had something to do with Adsence so i removed all my Google adds rechecked and the error was gone so from there  i deleted cache and checked to see if the messenger was working and no its still not

Let me go into full details maybe I was not clear enough on what my issues is. So after upgrading from 7.3-7.4 I notice when i would click on the members menu bar Friends Icon it would show all my friends online which was not the case no one was actually online that's my first problem. Now to test the Video chat and simple chat features i logged in as two friends on different machines and connection and clicked on my test Friend's profile to initiate a chat session that when i notice that those feature were not available so Now I need help resolving this issues anything
