Simple from date script...April 9th 2009

Can someone point me to a place to get a date script like this?  I need a block that will keep track of the time from April 9th, 2009 forward and display it like this picture... Not the colors   This is a birth date script and that is fine just as long as I can enter April 9th, 2009 and have it calculate forward...
