Simple, Quick and Advanced Search tab missing

If you go in Search - People Search, in the Search People block the tab "Simple", "Advanced" and "Quick" are missing. And it is the same in the People Search box in page Search Home.

The problem is not the same. In the block on the right (where you set the search parameters) you can't switch to simple, advanced and quick search.
