Shrinking profile photos on profile

Is there a way to shrink the default photo on the profile page?  When I member posts a smaller photo, D7 blows it up and sometimes it doesn't look too good.  For example: http://www.caltrade.com/community/ChristineC Is there a way to have the original photo size that the member posted?

at the bottom of the page it says

Yes, i know a quick way to get the origional size displayed, but if someone posts a huge photo you still want it to shrink, so it's not recommended.

You can modify the template at modules\boonex\photos\templates\base\switcher_unit.html and remove the width parts from the top 2 lines.

But really to maintain the shrinking of large photos the code in modules\boonex\photos\classes\BxPhotosSearch.php is where the image resizing is done.

Can't really tell you how. I have not tried yet.
