Shrink the web not working

Still cant get shrink the web to work check my key codes and made sure i had my ip added still cant get it any ideas?

 Make sure to put your IP address in the "Allowed Referrers" box. Even if you have a dedicated IP, you may have to still put in the server's shared IP. This happened to me, but putting in the shared IP fixed it. Turn on "Full Logging" temporarily and you will see the errors. I have heard that it takes a day to propagate. So i guess i will find out tomorrow

 Mine started working immediately after adding the shared IP address to the Allowed Referrers list. If the que is full or traffic is heavy on Shrink the Web's site, it takes a few minutes before the thumbnail is delivered.

Make sure that "ShrinkTheWeb Account Type" set to "Enabled". It is disabled by default.

Regarding IP: it maybe that your server has several ip addresses, and your site's IP address and the IP, your site is making request from, maybe different. Try to determine main server's IP address and enter it on ShrinkTheWeb site. I think it's better to ask hosting support to provide it for you.
