Shoutbox not loading??

The shoutbox is not loading at my site. It keeps displaying the loading circle animation. Why is this?

Experts please help.

I have the same problem with all the Ray modules,  chat, board, music, video - none of them work.

Mine is now fixed - check to make sure that you don't have the permissions inside those folders set to 777.

They should be set to 755
