Shoutbox issues

hello, i am having an issue with ray shoutbox where all members who enter a shout show up as guest on the shoutbox instead of their member name. i am using the most recent versions of shout and dolphin, any thoughts as to how to correct this?

I know sounds like a stupid question, but are you sure they are logged in?

yes, ive tested on some test usernames..also i am using that shoutbox control mod and with that it lists the usernames but only shows as guests in the actual shoutbox
