I ordered my installation on May 30.

Got an automated answer from the support.

No news since then

Is that normal??

The 30'th was Saturday. You posted this message on Monday. Thus not even 1 full business day has passed.

If after 2 full business days then i would start to worry.

For most businesses Saturday and Sunday are not classified as business days.
