Setting up Moderators

Greetings -

I am using D6.1.6. I created a Moderator user, but when I logged in as this  moderator, I couldn't see any limitted access for this user, I only saw the logout button..

I am trying to give this user an approval access to News, photos, videos, music & Classifieds etc.. and keep him away from the main Admin modules such Blocks, plugins etc.. Could you please direct me where I can set that up.

It takes a ton of coding to the source files to integrate the permissions.  Look at your admin/files directory and start moving things over to their, pay attention to what it calls that might be in the admin/ directory and recreate all of that, then you'll need to add the proper if logged $moderator command to the top of the files where it currently has if logged $admin and so on.
