Server Upgrade

We are currently in the process of setting up a new server :)

Dell R720 Intel Xeon E5-2620 (2.0GHz, 6C) 4x146GB SAS 10k RAID10 32GB RAM - Web/DB

has anyone got any tips on setting up Dolphin, i have read the basic post by Andrew but just wondering the best way to make the site super quick :) 

We are currently getting 1500 uniques a day with sometimes 20 members on at once, we have the evo wall, live video etc etc so very server hungry. We have a marketing campaign next month and hope to get 12000 members. Any help is much appreciated

Memcache probably

I prefer APC , what are the advantages of memcache ??
