Server Setup Question

I am about to install the software. I see that there are recommendations to make the website run fast.

But are these things I can do after the fact to speed it up?  I think I can install it myself, but with regards to all the other items, I am not sure and may have someone help with that after the fact.

Yes. The recommendations mentioned there can be applied at any time. So it can be done later.

What must be done first is to make sure the server has everything dolphin needs. See hosting requirements.
