Selected Quicklinks

Hello,

I want to create 2 blocks with quicklinks :

one block with the most used quicklinks by the active member

one block with the less used quicklinks by the active member

How should I proceed ?

You will have to hire a programmer to do this as coding would have to be implemented to track link clicks (to determine most used) etc.
