Seeking Partners or Collaborators

For the past year I have been working to iron out the details of a project that is near and dear to me.  A service site (It is social to a point) that helps people that play table top games like board games, collectible card games, adventure role playing games (D&D), and miniatures war games.  The goal is to have the site act as a match making lobby for people in a geographic area so they can meet and play these games.

Just so it is clear, this will not be a flash or java game aggregation site.  It will strictly be the help people find one another so they can meet in person and play table top games.  Best analogy would be a dating site...roughly.

I have investigated the problems involved and have a solid plan for the core needs of the site.  But as it stands I a going to need a partner or partners to help assemble it.  I plan to use Dolphin and have a license already.  This has shaved allot of time off of building the site, but estimates I have gotten have a needed 360 hours of work to make dolphin do what I need it to do.

So I am wondering is there are any brave souls out there willing to partner with me?  There is a definite need for something like this, and several other have tried but did not have the right combination of functions and "ease of use" necessary.

You can find a brief rundown of what I am looking to do at TableTopLobby.com.  I am also looking to crowd fund this once I find some one, so depending on talks and what is agreed upon there could be some money to at least help cover needs.

If you have any questions I will be watching this and would be happy to answer.  I am also available on Skype and e-mail, but would prefer to only share that through a private message.  Or just feel free to comment about my idea and how crazy I really must be...Criticism is usually helpful.
