Security image problem

Hi there. I have tried about about everything to get this security image error fixed. I am trying to create a group in the classified area.... no matter what I try I can not fix this issue. Took me 3 hrs just to get to visualize the error image it was blank before this??

Can't see it  .....   it just goes back to the splash page  .....

That looks like a LOT of overkill to be using Dolphin just for a directory site  .....

I will move things around once i get it working right..currently this script seems to be full of flaws.

please list your attempts...what you did just before you noticed it

some places need imagmagik installed and you need root for this stuff
