Searching by Zip Code...?

Please help!!

For some reason, my "search by zip code" location search function is completely wrong...

From the Homepage, if you click on "Members" -> then "Search", and then enter in a zip code and miles away, it will always bring up all members, instead of just the members within that amount of miles from the stated zip code.

I can't seem to find anyway to change or adjust this.  Any ideas?

If you don't have the corresponding longitude/latitude geo info, etc it won't work anyway  .....

So how do I fix that...?

Good question!

There is a free USA database with all geo's at expertzzz that you can use but I see future problems with it.

To use it needs to be locked on a fields level so as not to edit it or otherwise over time users will wreck it.

Would also need to have droplists to select from.
