Search Members in Admin

This works about 1/3 the time. If you do not spell the members name case sensitive it will not find that member over 80% of the time. I think this is a bug so please take a look at it.

You can test this in 7.1 by going to your admin panel clicking members and then find a member with 8 letters in there username now click search and type in the first 5 and hit search it should show there username but it never does.

Really? No one has this issue?
