Same articles show on index page

How come when NEW articles are added, the same ones are displayed? Yes, I have cleared the history and cache from browser.

Has anyone had this happen or know why and what to do to fix?

Bumping this topic because I am wondering if anyone else is having an issue with articles on the front page remaining the same even when there are new ones added?!

Selected you a category when you created the new article???
if you don't do it you will not see your new article on the homepage

and you can't find your article or edit it from admin rather

(open table Articles and edit row CategoryID were CategoryID is 0)
