Safe mode issues...

To whom it may concern:

I am having an issue with a site that im working on. The issue is that when I click on the admin page of our site or the store page or ads page, it says that "safe mode is on, disable it" - The thing is that safe mode has been disabled on the server side, and Dolphin is still saying to disable it. I have gone over it with support at the hosting provider, and they suggest its the software, what can i do to resolve this issue?

Here is the admin: https://publictrades.com/administration (says to turn safe mode off)

Here is the php info: https://publictrades.com/phpinfo.php (you'd see that safe mode is turned off)

Please help!

I would suppose that your PHP setup is configured to read configuration file from the current directory.

You have php.ini in root directory, but different php.ini in /administration/ folder, or have no php.ini file at all.

I suppose that if you place phpinfo.php in /administration/ folder - you will see the difference.

It's just my assumption.
