I was just wondering if anyone had experienced this problem and if so what they could advise i do about it.
One of my members - signed up but cannot see the Shoutbox on the front page - he briefly gets the timer going round then nothing.
I suspect it might have something to do with his flash player - he is running version 9 so i think that should be ok but the problem is still happening.
I know its difficult to advise when you cant see the pc thats being used - i can log into his page from my pc and all works absolutely fine.
So i think its almost certainly a pc problem at his end - if anyone has any ideas i would be very grateful.
We have cleared the history and the caches already but to no avail.
