Riddle me this Riddle me that experts only

Ok here is the deal.  I have two sites running boonex. On one I have 6.1.6 and the other RC3 for 7.  The RC3 will upload music and videos without a hitch.  However, the 6.1.6 will only upload very small files of audio.  If I try a normal Mp3 it will get to 20 percent and give an error.  I've timed it 3 times and it always cuts out at 32 seconds.

I have everything setup correctly because RC3 runs without problems.  I'm willing to compensate anyone who can come up with a solution.  I've been at this for 3 days.

Well now since we ain't no experts 'round here, guess we jist hafta piss 'dis one here by.  Afder all, whud wood we know aboot mp3's end all 'dat 'dere fancy shmincy stuff.  I prefer to upload my 8 tracks then them 'dere song I kan't hold.

do the admin ray settings match? same host/same box?

phpinfo match?

Ya I figured it out.  The weirdest thing ever.  Once I disabled the google search bar in Firefox it worked.
