This problem is typically seen on sites where the menu system has been modified. Download the mod again and re-upload the install folder ( modules\modzzz\reward\install )

 can you please tell me after rewards is shipped to the member is it possible to admin to reset itheir points?

There is a Points Reset feature in the Admin section of the mod.

I haven't heard anything regarding my previous post. Anyone have any ideas how to fix them?

Fixes error that occurs when processing Rewards

Patch 2.0.4 Released. (See patches/version_2.0.4 folder in zip file)

Fixes issue where cancelled orders were still showing to members.
 
Added membership level control for both browsing and redeeming Rewards.

Added Admin section to view cancelled orders.

Member claimed Reward.

Admin was sent an email of the claim.

Wrong member was sent email of;  "Your order request has been received it will be processed...."

Tried this twice with same result.

 Download the mod again and replace this file : modules\modzzz\reward\classes\BxRewardDb.php

Added ability to redeem rewards with referrals.

hello, I have issues with the following:

1) users make purchase with credits it loads to blank page

2) users not able to cancel orders

3) no delete buttons and other possible options missing  for user or admin to remove things (i notice this issue with Firefox browser)

4) issues where if you make orders with credits and then points etc (multi orders) they dont seem to work / process ... I think this issue is also with firefox ?!  nothing happens ...

I have the same problem as Detective08

Anyone, please support this issue.

Allows members to cancel orders plus other miscellaneous updates.

When a members redeem rewards do the rewards mod remove points from there account are do i have to in the points mod?  

 The Points are automatically deducted.

There is a big confusing issue with Rewards !!

When users make orders the new orders are marked as completed orders even though it should be processing

also, new orders are added to old orders and not process as new orders! for example an order made today is showing as order made 64 days ago ?!

another issue is that points etc are not given back to user when order is cancelled

I did upgrade of this mod and now the the Reward description on the Index page bloc is not translated correctly. I was careful in the upgrade, did the Lang Recompile and Cache Cleared.

I see the Reward description as __price_ _price_desc_ _

this shows on the Reward Home page __available_money_desc__: __money__

I even uninstalled and re-installed the mod (from admin side), no luck

Please advise.

In conjunction to the previous post, clicking on the reward on the block on the Index page gives the following error;

Fatal error: Call to a member function getProfileReferrals() on a non-object in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxx.com/modules/modzzz/reward/classes/BxRewardPageMain.php on line 88

(Where xxxxxxx.com is my test site)

Kindly advise please.

NOTE: If I unchecked the Referral Point option then this error does not occur.

 You cannot get this error if you are running version 2.0.6 of the mod. Download again and re-upload all files.

This is because you activated integration with Referrals and you do not have my Referrals module installed.

When I rated a Coupon, I got 4 points (should have been only 2) and it was not my own coupon (I do not have a coupon). What and which parameter has affected this?

Rate a coupon? How do you do that?

 Just like everything else, the stars are available which allow a member to rate.

Coupons ?? This is the support forum for the Rewards mod.

I assume you are talking about Points integration with the Coupons module. PM me site details so I can replicate that myself on your site.

 Yes, I mean the integration of Points and Rewards, so I am unsure where to post this. I am emailing you the info needed.

In this mod, I created a reward and in the Quantity section I entered 0 (which means unlimited qty for that Reward) and it shows as such on the Reward section of the site. Should it not read unlimited qty? Showing zero indicates there are none of these rewards available.

 This issue has been corrected and will be available in the next patch release.

You could not be talking about Rewards as there is no functionality that allows members to rate Rewards, therefore I did a test on Coupons. Rate a Coupon is functioning properly on your site. Only 2 Points were awarded when I performed a test.

 Yes you cannot rate Rewards, I was referring to Coupons. I will retest and advise if any issues, Thanks.

This mod is now updated for Dolphin 7.1. Several user-flow issues have been resolved.

Can someone tell me where I edit the rewards description that is located on the home page?

 The mod has an admin section (go to your admin panel) where this can be adjusted.

I must be blind. I went all thru the admin option prior to posting this, then again just now.

I dont see it.

Help me out....I log in as administrator ---> then go to modules then to rewards. Now I see:

Categories  - Ranges - Manage - Create - Orders - Shipped - Completed - Cancelled - Settings

But none of those have that text in them to edit.

Am i in the right spot?

Sorry, it was changed from the Admin section and is now contained in the language string _modzzz_reward_home_promo_text

Hello,

ran into something.

1) User orders a Reward that needs to be shipped.

2) Admin sends a message from the "Orders" section to User.

Issue: Message isn't received by User

What could the problem be?

Admin can send normal messages to User. I have version 2.0.8

Why am I unable to process a Reward Order? I go into Admin, go to Order, I see the Image and Order, what next? If I click on the Icon or Reward Description it takes me to the members Reward View Page. What does Filter mean? This is shipment of the order.
