This is resolved. Works fine. Why am I unable to process a Reward Order? I go into Admin, go to Order, I see the Image and Order, what next? If I click on the Icon or Reward Description it takes me to the members Reward View Page. What does Filter mean? This is shipment of the order.

Has anyone noticed the following issue; Multiple ordering of the same reward is an issue; the reward claim does not get reflected in the order queue, instead goes straight into the shipped/completed column. When the member is on the Reward Page and Redeems his/her points, the screen refreshes and states that the Reward has been Shipped, whereas the admin has not even had a chance to respond to the Request. |
