Responsive Design

Hello,

I was under the impression that Dolphin was a responsive design allowing the layout to resize when accessed on mobile.

I am in the initial setup stages and the layout does not resize on my phone. Do you need a template to be installed in order to be responsive?

Dolphin isn't responsive by default, you're supposed to install a responsive template.
