Hey all. Im having an issue with the reply to mail message not working. Im on D 7.3.3

Seems like the WYSIWYG Editor not loading for replies. I hit Send and Nothing happens. Cancel button doesn't work either. Tried it in various themes.
Checked Error Log and nothing reported.
Any help welcome!
