Replace Username with Real Name

I've been looking, but haven't been able to find, a solution that works to accomplish this for 7.1.  I'd like to have whatever a member puts in the FirstName, LastName fields show instead of the UserName field, preferably everywhere it appears next to the avatar (ie., the front page, in the profile, search results, etc.).

Well don't I feel like a goober. I was searching on the forums and everything that came up for previous versions involved editing a billion files on the server, I never even thought about the admin panel. Thanks for the help!

 I heard that a lot. No worries, its inbuild now lol

 No problem.. seems like it's hard to find anything here now with this new format.
