Removing the check box "Copy to profile photos album"

During a new registration, I see this box checked  by the default  - called  "Copy to profile photos album", which copies the Avatar to the photo Album - could someone point me where in the code I can remove the check box.

I'd appreciate your input in advance.

around line 21 you will find this code:

I have one more feature - Please see attached screenshot.

I'd like to remove/comment out if possible. When you login to Dolphin, I can add Photos, Video, Ads, Sites via Spy wall - Within Spy window there are links that are similar to facebook that allow you to add Photos, Video, Ads, Sites, Poll, Groups.. I'd like to remove/comment out "Ads" link from the Spy window, this way, "Ads" can be added only thru Ads page section, I don't want Ads to be displayed within Spy Wall..
