Removing Site Stats Items

Hi, I'm wondering how I can delete some of the items under the "Site Stats" section? For the moment, I do not want to allow some features like video, etc. but the site stats still show up with clickable links. I'd like to be able to remove them, or even better have them only populate if there's something to list.

Also, while I'm posting, does anyone have an idea how to remove the "My Presence" link up top?
