Removing Power by footer after migration

Hi,

We have just migrated our server from Amazon AWS to Rackspace.  But the "power by" footer is being displayed.  

This is what I did:

1. Reset the license at Boonex
2. Removed the license code in Advance Setting/Variable
3. Delete the files in the cache
4. Logged-on from Admin
5. Logged-in again & Entered the license code at the the registration page
6. Checked my Boonex account, the license remain "unregistered"

Have gives?  

Maybe Dolphin can't communicate with the license server. Is allow_url_fopen enabled in PHP? Check under Administration -> Tools -> Host Tools.

Thanks, Nate.  That was it.    I enabled 'allow_url_fopen' in PHP.ini    

(Note: I didn't see any error message in Host Tools though.)
