Remove status message from select boxes.

Hi, im looking into where i can find the html/php file that will allow me to remove the status message from the member blocks and friends block, i still want it to show on the banner though. for example when you view the friend's box on your profile i wish for only the user's avatar and username show. Any help even just a folder i should look into will be very appreciated.

Also if anyone knows how to limit the text limit for statu message that would be great as well.

I do not know how to remove it or delete it. Never worried about that. But it can be changed in your admin page. go to Settings / Advanced Settings / look in Profiles / and change it at Member brief info. I have mine set to Location.
