Remove slash \ in text

I need your help to remove slash \ in the description text of movie or musir etc. e.g: L\'artiste de la chanson Charl\'ozzo maybe L'artiste de la chanson Charl'ozzo.

To remove slashes please follow these instructions very, very, very carefully... Remember, your hunting wabbits here.

1.  Open your file up to where the \ is located

2.  Locate the offender \'er

3.  Notify the local police that you have identified and located a slasher and need them to press the delete button for you on this derelict code before it starts a gang of \'ers and ruins the entire serverhood.

What?  Did you really think I'd leave him like that?  Come on guys, you know me to well...

Seriously though, we did this about 6 or 7 months ago in a thread, I just can't find it or remember how.  I know it had to do with alpha, numeric and symbols.  The \ marks are appearing every time someone uses an apostrope or quotation marks in a musci/video upload title.
